Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

I stayed at a perfect hotelwith fantastic staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I also had a restful night. The breakfast was of a high standard and constantly replenished. I was seriously impressed! I found the dining area appealing.
The parking fee of £13 per night felt excessive. I did pay it for the convenience though.

The breakfast included a wide selection of both continental and cooked options. I saw that the breakfast staff consistently checked and replenished the food. The dining area offered comfortable seating and appealing decor. It was nice.

The reception staff asked about my Alan Shearer event. The team were really nice. They seem to love their jobs. The staff provided genuinely friendly service. I felt at home.

The room was spacious. It featured generous towels, and a supremely comfortable bed. The hotel includes a dishwasher and hob in each room. Downstairs, the washer and dryer are perfect. I love not coming home with washing!

I found the staff particularly helpful at organizing taxis. The complimentary breakfast featured a great selection. I enjoyed the social event. It allowed guests to socialize with managers.
I find the windows do not open. The air felt stale.

The room included a kitchen equipped with top range appliances, like a dishwasher. It also provided boxes. I could take food away easily. The spacious bedroom had a super comfortable mattress.

I had a warm welcome from the receptionist upon arrival. Breakfast staffs were upbeat and smiley, I noticed. They were attentive. The staffs kept supplying breakfast and tables available.
